Our goal is to ensure that all new developments in Ventura are built to code and meeting city and state regulations. We believe that exceptions and variances should not be the norm, and that new buildings should emulate surrounding buildings in both size and character. We are working to increase citizen participation in the planning process and change policies that favor developers.
